What we cannot

An order, a payment, a parcel, a return or a refund all belong to the checkout that took the money rather than to us. BuyGoods runs that side, and the reference they need is the order number on your confirmation. Every step is written out on the official information page.

Medical advice is also outside what we can give, including whether this or any supplement suits you. Put that to a doctor or pharmacist with your history in front of them.

Reply times

One person reads this inbox, so replies normally take one to two business days and occasionally longer over a weekend. Where the message is about an order already placed, writing here first only adds delay — go straight to the checkout support address on your confirmation, since they hold the record and we do not.

Reporting a reaction

If the product has caused a reaction, tell the merchant and, far more importantly, tell a clinician. This is an information site with no mechanism for recording or escalating an adverse event, so routing one here rather than to somebody who can act on it helps nobody.
